This 85-ha farm is situated in Ruiterbos, only 28 km from Hartenbos on the foot of the Mountains ensuring a higher and more frequent rainfall. The long-term average rainfall exceeds 700mm/year. The farm is well located only 3,2km gravel road off the main R328 tar road between Hartenbos/Mossel Bay and Oudtshoorn.
Ruiterbos is one of the most sought-after areas in the larger Mossel Bay/George area, for many good reasons. An area where most prefer to invest.
The farm has 65 ha of arable land all of which are currently utilized as grazing pastures with seasonal pasture crops and grain crops.
